March 14, 2019 - Four SUNY Delhi students majoring in Accounting are volunteering seven of their Saturdays this spring to assist fellow students and community members with filing their federal income taxes. This is SUNY Delhi’s fifth year participating in the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program(VITA), a nation-wide program co-sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service and the United Way.
February 25, 2019 - SUNY Delhi culinary arts major Daniel Hess of Salisbury Mills, NY, is one of four students in the nation qualified to compete in the annual Student Chef of the Year 2019 competition this summer in Orlando, FL. Hess earned his spot in the finals this Saturday by winning the Northeast Regional title at Atlantic Cape Community College Academy of Culinary Arts in Atlantic City, NJ. The Student Chef of the Year competition is sanctioned and organized by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), the largest professional chefs' organization in North America.
February 05, 2019 - Hundreds of local community members turned out on a bright Sunday afternoon for an area Superbowl tradition. Now in its 15th year, the Chili Bowl cook-off, the singular fundraiser hosted annually by the Community Arts Network of Oneonta at the Wilbur Mansion on Ford Avenue…Longtime dominators of the competition, students from SUNY Delhi’s culinary arts team, took the top spot in every category, including the competition’s newest, “best non-traditional recipe,” for their Caribbean chili.
January 31, 2019 - SUNY Delhi is thrilled to break ground on a new project at the College Golf Course at Delhi: a complete renovation and rebuilding of the clubhouse to make way for a state-of-the-art venue for a student-operated pub, restaurant, and event space to be named Bluestone.
January 15, 2019 - For the sixth consecutive year, SUNY Delhi's online bachelor's programs are among the best in the nation, according to an annual ranking by U.S. News & World Report. Of the nearly 370 institutions studied nationwide, SUNY Delhi ranks among the Top 20 percent of online programs in U.S. News & World Report's "Best Online Bachelor's Programs" for 2019.
October 26, 2018 - The MOSAIC Multicultural Center at SUNY Delhi has been operating since the beginning of the Fall 2018 semester with an official grand opening on Friday, October 26. The whole campus community was invited to the ribbon-cutting at the center, located in room 216 at Farrell.
October 17, 2018 - SUNY Delhi was ranked among the Top 25 Best Online Colleges in New York for 2019. Additionally, two of SUNY Delhi’s online programs received recognition for being among the most affordable online degrees in their categories: the Hospitality bachelor degree ranked in the top 5 and the Criminal Justice bachelor degree ranked in the top 20 of the most affordable such degrees in the nation.
September 28, 2018 - A team of culinary arts majors from SUNY Delhi won the gold medal at the Copa Culinaria 2018, an international culinary competition held in Santiago, Chile, from September 25 to 27. Students Carly Yezzo, Matthew Julius, and Dan Hess competed in the college division of the competition which also included teams from Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Venezuela, and Chile.
September 26, 2018 - SUNY Delhi's O’Connor Center for Community Engagement is celebrating 20 years of community service and volunteerism with special activities planned for Friday, September 28 and Saturday, September 29, 2018.
September 24, 2018 - New York State University Police at Delhi has added three new police officers to its staff, bringing the department’s personnel to a total of eight officers, three lieutenants, a police chief, two dispatchers, and a department secretary.
September 11, 2018 - SUNY Delhi earned recognition in multiple categories in the 2019 Best Colleges rankings by the U.S. News & World Report, released this September. The annual report ranks schools according to their performance across 16 widely accepted indicators of excellence and academic quality.
September 03, 2018 - Delhi Recognized for Affordability, Student Services, Online Programs - SUNY Delhi is one of the Top 25 four-year colleges in New York for 2018-2019, according to a new ranking by OnlineColleges.com, a free resource for information about online colleges and degree programs.
August 29, 2018 - On the weekend of August 24 to 26, SUNY Delhi welcomes students back on campus for the 2018-2019 academic year. A total of 3,236 new and returning students are expected to arrive and move into residence halls throughout the weekend.
August 25, 2018 - SUNY Delhi has introduced a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management this spring. The new degree takes advantage of SUNY Delhi's long history in business and technology education.

August 03, 2018 - Supporting Julio Chavez on His Way to Becoming Student Chef of the Year 2018 - A group of culinary arts majors from SUNY Delhi traveled to New Orleans, LA, in July of 2018 to see fellow SUNY Delhi student Julio Chavez compete in the national Student Chef of the Year competition.
August 01, 2018 - SUNY Delhi culinary arts major Julio Chavez of Sodus, NY, won the national title of “Student Chef of the Year 2018” on July 19. The culinary competition, sanctioned and organized by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), was held at the “Cook. Craft. Create. National Convention & Show” in New Orleans, LA.
September 10, 2018 - SUNY Delhi's Registered Nurse (RN) to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) online program ranks among the Top 20 in the United States, according to Best College Reviews.
June 22, 2018 - Starting in January 2019, SUNY Delhi will be offering a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice on the main campus in addition to the current online program.
