No tickets are required for the December Commencement ceremony.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 1 p.m.

Students

  • Line up at 12:15 p.m. in the Main Hallway of Clark Field House in your cap and gown.
  • Please remain in line once you are gowned.
  • Ushers will guide you to your seats as part of the processional at the start of the ceremony.

Information for Parents, Families and Guests

Parking

  •  When you arrive on campus, follow the commencement signs. 
  • Shuttle service will be provided to Clark Field House from all campus parking lots starting at 11:30 a.m..
  • There will be no parking at Clark Field House. Drop-off is available for people with mobility impairments.

Ceremony

  • Guests will be seated from 12 p.m. to 12:55 p.m.
  • Seating for guests needing accessible accommodations begins at 11:30 a.m.
  • The ceremony will last approximately one hour. There will be no admittance during the processional and until after the National Anthem is completed. Each graduate will receive a gift photo with their diploma. Additional photographs may be ordered by contacting Commencement Photos. Guests are asked to refrain from leaving their seats during the ceremony to take photographs.
  • After the ceremony, we respectfully ask that guests remain seated until the exiting stage party has left the gym.
  • Please do not block fire lanes and doorways at any time.
  • There will be a small reception at the end of the event that will allow guests ample opportunity to take photos.

  • Accessible seating is available as needed. Please see an usher and they will be able to assist you.
  • Seating for guests needing accessible accommodations begins at 11:30 a.m.
  • Drop-off at Clark Field House is available for people with mobility impairments.
  • ASL interpreters will be provided by Empire Interpreting.

  • No pets are allowed in campus buildings unless they are Service Dogs or Leading Dogs.
