What will I study?

The science curriculum offers a broad range of courses depending on your interests. For example, students interested in health-related fields study human anatomy and physiology as well as microbiology, in conjunction with chemical and physical sciences. Such broad training, supported by core liberal arts courses, allows for transfer to a variety of healthcare-related programs (e.g., physical therapy, pharmacology, nursing, occupational therapy, pre-medicine, and science teaching). Students interested in environmental science can pursue an environmental studies degree in preparation for careers and/or transfer in this field. This curricular option provides students with an issues- and field-based approach to the discipline. Courses in field and wildlife biology, zoology, environmental issues, and animal behavior give students a solid grounding for environmental study and for transfer. Learn more about courses offered >
