Students on Campus

Welcome Week

Fall 2024 Welcome Week Orientation – Monday, August 19 - Sunday, August 25

Mission Statement: The mission of the Welcome Week Orientation program is to provide meaningful programs and services that will enhance students’ sense of belonging to the SUNY Delhi community that prepares and positions them for academic and personal success.

Online Component:  Students will be sent information in July and August to their SUNY Delhi email address on completing the following online course before arriving on campus:  Welcome Week Course (which includes TRAC, and SPARC.)  The course is self-paced online.  SPARC is mandatory for all SUNY Delhi students and must be completed before the first day of classes. Failure to complete the course will result in a hold on the student's records.

Residential Move-In Information

New residential student move-in is TBA. Students will receive an email to their SUNY Delhi email account regarding their arrival time on/by Friday, July 19 or within 5 business days of receiving their room assignment. This email will also include their specific arrival time window for residential Move-In.
