Summer Housing

SUNY Delhi students may reside in designated campus housing during the summer only throughout the duration of a summer course when a student is enrolled in at least three (3) credits per summer session and/or they are employed by the college for the summer (at least 20 hours per week) and are in good disciplinary standing. Students who do not meet these requirements will not be allowed to reside in campus housing for the summer, except with permission from the Director of Residence Life. All summer housing students are expected to follow SUNY Delhi's policies and procedures as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct. The cost of summer housing will be $75 per person per room per week. Students wishing to reserve a room for the summer should complete an online Summer Housing Application (available after April 15). Students needing more information regarding summer housing can stop by the Residence Life Office at 111 Catskill Hall or contact the Office at 607-746-4630 or via email at Note: Food service is NOT available on campus during the summer.

Physical & Immunization Requirements

All students taking six (6) credits or more, or living in campus housing, are required to provide the college with a completed health form, tuberculin screening form and up-to-date immunization records. New York State law requires college students to show evidence of two Measles vaccines, one Rubella vaccine and one Mumps vaccine. The law applies to all students born on or after January 1, 1957. New York State law also requires that students receive information on Meningococcal Meningitis Disease and the vaccine to prevent it, and complete a form stating that they have received this information and whether they have had the vaccine or choose not to have it at this time. Nursing students must comply with additional recommended "departmental requirements." Students enrolled only in online classes do not need to meet physical examination and immunization requirements unless they are residing in campus housing.

Parking is available at no charge during the summer, but students must park in designated student parking lots.
