What is GoPrint?
GoPrint is a centralized printer management system that is used as a liason between the user and the printer. It is designed to help us to better support and maintain a more flexible and efficient printing environment for the students on campus.

How do I use GoPrint?


How much can I print?

There is no limit on how much you can print if you have the funds to pay for the print job. Each semester students will have a $15 credit in their Print Points account. The credit may or may not increase each academic year.

After you print your first document, you are no longer eligible to waive your print fee for the current semester.

How can I print for my club?

Someone from the club will have to use their Print Points to print the initial page(s) but then they can go to the Student Senate Office on the Club Level of Farrell Center (when the President, VP, Secretary or Treasurer of the Student Senate is in the office) and copy. Black and white copies are available. No color copying.


How much does it cost to print?

Letter (8.5 x 11)

Oversized (8 ½ x 14 or 11 x 17)

PLEASE NOTE: All printers (except for the color printers) are defaulted to double-sided (duplex)


Will my unused printing funds carry over to the next semester?

Yes. Unused funds will carry over to the next semester.  Balances will be removed prior to the the beginning of the next school year.


My print funds are running low, how do I add more money?
You can add money to your printing points by going to If you have not registered for Manage My ID, you can add money simply by clicking on the link in

*We recommend that you register for Manage My ID because you can keep track of your printing points (as well as your meal plan usage).

At the screen for adding funds to an account is also a link to register. Go ahead – get registered. You’ll find it very handy to be able to know what your balances are. Registering is simple, just follow the online prompts and you’ll get a confirmation email. Once you have confirmed your registration, you’re good to go.

Alternately, you can adding funds in person in the CADI office, 230 Farrell Center (next to the bookstore and mailboxes), Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm.


How can I make my credit last longer?


Can I use GoPrint for personal printing?
Yes. The $15 (and any credit you add) may be used to print for classes and incidental personal use.


I lost my print job due to a printer problem, can I get my money back?

If you did not get the printed pages that you submitted to the printer, or the pages were smeared, crumpled, wrinkled or just plain unusable, see the CIS worker at the Library circulation desk.  They will electronically submit the request, but you still need to visit the CADI Office.  If your refund request is because of damaged papers, you MUST bring them to the CADI Office, 230 Farrell Center (next to the bookstore and mailboxes) during business hours of 8 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday.

Refunds will not be issued if you submit more pages to be printed than you truly want.

Refunds will not be issued if you print a file in error.

The amount charged to your account for the pages you are requesting a refund for will be added back to your printing points. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
