To order from the Registrar’s Office:
You may use the transcript request form or you may write out all of the information needed to process your request and submit it to the Registrar’s Office to be processed. Information required to process your request includes:
- Full Name (include all prior names)
- SUNY Delhi student identification number (800#) if you remember it. Do not submit your social security number
- Date of birth
- Your current contact information
- Approximate dates of attendance at Delhi
- The complete name and mailing address or fax number where the transcript is to be sent
- Student’s physical signature (a typed name will not be accepted)

Notes:
- The Registrar's Office does not send unofficial transcripts. Current students may access their unofficial transcript in BroncoWeb (under the Student Records tab). If you no longer have access to BroncoWeb, you must order an official transcript.
- Requests for emailed transcripts must be submitted through Parchment.
- Once a transcript is opened, it is no longer official. This is true of paper transcripts as well as electronic transcripts.
- If you receive a paper transcript, do not open it before forwarding it to your recipient.
- If you are sending a PDF transcript, send it directly to your recipient; do not have it sent to your email to be forwarded (you will receive a notification when they download it).
- The Registrar's Office cannot re-release a transcript received from another institution. The request must be submitted to the college/university/agency from which the credit was earned (including College Board for AP/CLEP scores).
- In-Office Requests:
- The student’s physical signature is required on all transcript requests processed by the Registrar’s Office. You may not type your name in place of a signature.
- Requests received in-office take approximately 10-15 days to process plus mailing time.
- If a transcript needs to be sealed in a separate inner envelope for delivery by you to another person, please be sure to specify this in your request.
