-
- Re-envision campus life after COVID; what is campus going to look like after COVID-19? We will adopt new things, shed others, and shift our money to invest accordingly.
- Create different models for hands-on learning.
- Increase opportunities for personal engagement in a virtual world; important not to lose the human touch.
- Invest in productivity: many tools we use on campus could be combined; can we adopt a 1-stop mentality for e-services?
- Review and assess academic programs and prioritize to ensure sustainability of programs into the future.
- Invest in academic and athletic facilities that impact enrollment.
