Congratulations on your acceptance to SUNY Delhi! From arrival to graduation, the MOSAIC Multicultural Center staff will be here to support your development. Education abroad, though rewarding, can be a challenging experience. We are committed to helping you overcome these challenges by welcoming you into our community, and helping you adjust to life at SUNY Delhi.
Pay your SEVIS FEE
After being accepted to SUNY Delhi and receiving your form I-20, remember to pay your SEVIS I-901 fee. Be sure to keep your receipt, as you will need to prove payment during your visa interview. You can learn more about this fee on the federal government’s website.
Airport Pickup
Multicultural Center staff offer free transportation from Albany International Airport to SUNY Delhi’s campus for new initial F-1 students. Please consult with Louis A. Reyes, Jr., Chief Diversity Officer, reyesla@delhi.edu , at least two weeks in advance of booking your flight if you would like a ride to campus. A member of the SUNY Delhi staff will coordinate with you to establish a meeting time and location at the airport! Transportation to campus during subsequent arrivals is the full responsibility of the student.
International Student Orientation
First-year international students are required to attend International Student Orientation as well as the all campus Welcome Week Student Orientation on campus. The Internaionl Student Orientation will educate incoming students the basics of life at SUNY Delhi as an F-1 student, and introduce you to important resources both on and off campus.
