Nursing Alumni Ambassador Program

There are many ways for SUNY Delhi School of Nursing alumni to remain active in the Bronco nursing community. Becoming an Alumni Ambassador is a wonderful leadership opportunity that allows you to connect to other Bronco nurses and future Bronco nurses. Opportunities to volunteer include hosting an event in your hospital or agency, contributing to Delhi's social media presence, participating in Delhi's Alumni Association, becoming a nurse preceptor, and much more.  These opportunities allow our nursing alumni to network with fellow nurse leaders, reconnect with former classmates, and meet current students and professors.

Community Ambassador

Would you be willing to showcase Delhi's strengths to other nurses in your hospital or agency? Share your passion for Delhi nursing with your colleagues! Become a Community Ambassador and you will be the point person for connecting Delhi School of Nursing to events at work.

Alumni Admissions Ambassador

Do you want to share your experience at Delhi with other nurses? Are you interested in speaking with prospective students? Become an Alumni Admissions Ambassador and connect with students who express interest in Delhi's Online Nursing degree programs. You will have the opportunity to share your experiences as a student, and how Delhi prepared you to become a nurse leader.

Social Media Ambassador

Do you like to engage in different social media platforms? Do you enjoy sharing information on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn? This is a very flexible opportunity. As an Ambassador, you can help showcase Delhi's School of Nursing by sharing content provided by our social media sites and engage with responses, likes, or comments.

Nurse Preceptor

Preceptorships bridge the gap between the classroom and the clinical area for our online RN-to-BSN and MSN nursing students. If you are part of our alumni community and are enthusiastic about contributing to the learning experience for Delhi's online nursing students, please consider becoming a nurse preceptor. 

Alumni Panelist

The Office of Alumni Relations hosts periodic virtual nursing panel discussions. Graduates are invited to speak to students and fellow alumni about their careers and various topics of interest within the nursing community.
