Out-of-State Scholarship Opportunities
Out-of-state students may be eligible for one of the following scholarship opportunities: the out-of-state scholarship or the tuition-matching program. There’s nothing you need to do – we will automatically match you with the scholarship that benefits you the most!
Out-of-state scholarship
All out-of-state students who enroll as residential full-time students in one of SUNY Delhi’s campus-based programs may be eligible for our out-of-state student scholarship, which is an award $2,000 per year for associate programs and $5,000 per year for bachelor’s programs! Depending on your program, you save between $8,000 and $20,000 on top of our already affordable public college tuition!
Recipients will receive up to four consecutive payments while in a two-year degree

To remain eligible throughout your studies, you must:

Connecticut, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Vermont
SUNY Delhi's tuition and fees for four-year degrees are already more affordable than
the in-state tuition of the flagship universities of Connecticut, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania,
and Vermont. Applicants from these states will pay less at SUNY Delhi than at their
