Workers' Compensation

Faculty and staff are covered under the provisions of the New York State Workers' Compensation Law and thus are eligible to receive compensation for medical care, disability, or death from injury arising out of and in the course of the performance of their duties, irrespective as to fault in causing the injury. 

Please inform your supervisor as soon as practicable, when you sustain an injury.  Also, you must complete the Employee Accident & Investigation Report and call the 888 number located at the top of the form, at your earliest convenience, following the injury.  If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the Office of Human Resources at 746-4495 or at humanresources@delhi.edu
