Request Accommodations

SUNY Delhi is committed to achieving access and equity and full participation for persons with disabilities. The Access and Equity Office engages in the interactive process with each student and reviews requests for adjustments on an individualized, case-by-case basis. 

To request accommodations, please refer to the following procedure:

Step 1: Submit your disability-related information and accommodation request online via the Connect with Access and Equity Form. 

Step 2: Students should provide appropriate documentation to the Access and Equity Office, which establishes the need for adjustments and relates the current impact of the condition to the requested adjustment(s).

Documentation can be uploaded and submitted online using the link provided in Step 1 or through the following methods. 

No student should delay meeting with the Access and Equity Office out of concern for not having the appropriate documentation.

Step 3: After submitting the Connect with Access and Equity Form, you will receive an email from the Access and Equity Office via your SUNY Delhi email address. The email will include instructions on how to schedule an appointment with an Access and Equity Staff member to discuss your adjustment requests. 

After meeting with the Access and Equity Office, you will receive a follow up email regarding the outcome of your requests.
