The SPARC course was developed by the State University of New York to provide you with information and resources regarding these important issues. The course is mandatory, and must be completed by the first day of class for your first semester at SUNY Delhi. Failure to complete the course will result in a hold being placed on your academic record.

If you are a new, online student, your advisor will assist you with specific questions.

If you are not on campus and want to obtain a student ID you need to follow the instructions on the website which includes submitting an affidavit.

If you are an offsite student and want to obtain a SUNY Delhi ID card, you will need to fill out the student-id-affidavit form (pdf) to prove your identity. The form can be printed, completed and signed by a notary, then emailed to CADI@delhi.edu. Once your form is completed, please follow the instructions above to submit an ID photo and we’ll just need your mailing address so we can mail you your ID.
