How to Apply for Summer Aid:

eligibility from the Department of Education.
-

- Once logged in, click on 'Manage Request' and select the 'Summer Student Loan Request' form.
- If you requested loans and are eligible to borrow, you’ll receive an email when they are ready for you to accept (or decline) in Bronco Web . Summer loans may not appear as a credit on your bill until June 2026.
-
📅Next Steps:
- Monitor your Bronco Web and Delhi email account regularly for updates.
- If you have any remaining financial aid tasks, complete them as soon as possible as some of them may be required before we can determine your summer aid, including student loans and/or the Pell Grant. Log into Bronco Web regularly to view any outstanding tasks.
- Visit the Summer Policies & Requirements web page for more information about billing, withdrawing, textbooks, and other related information.
- Plan ahead for expenses: Books, supplies, and living costs may come up before your
aid is available. Summer aid refunds are not issued until after the summer term begins.
How Summer Courses May Impact Your Aid Eligibility:
Taking summer courses can impact your future aid eligibility (even if you don't receive aid in the summer). Additionally, dropping or withdrawing from summer courses can impact your current and future aid eligibility.
- Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP): After final grades are submitted the end of each semester (including Summer), we review your SAP standing. Failure to meet the minimum federal and/or state aid requirement, may result in your becoming ineligible for the next semester.
- Annual and Aggregate Limits: Federal and state aid that is used in the summer will reduce the amount of aid you can use each academic year and reduce the total amount of aid you can use while in school.
-
Changes to your summer schedule may affect your aid: If you drop a course or withdraw from the summer term, your current or future financial aid eligibility may change.
