Roommate Request Form

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Spring 2021 Roommate Request Form. Once you complete this form, it will be sent to the Office of Residence Life for processing.

• Please Note that you may have to switch rooms prior to the end of the Fall 2020 semester in order to be able to accommodate your roommate request.
• Please check your SUNY Delhi email for any correspondence from the Office of Residence Life.
