Students assigned to triple rooms with two other residents at the end of the 2nd week of classes will receive a $200 credit. A second credit of $200 will be given at the end of the 8th week of classes if there are still three residents residing in the room.
Students living in living learning communities are charged an additional $75 per semester for additional programming and support services.
Students living in a pet wing with a pet are charged and additional $200 per semester.

**A $20 Social Fee is charged to all students living on campus. This fee is optional and can be waived.
**A $40 Laundry Fee is assessed to all students living on campus in the Residence Halls, excluding Riverview. This fee is mandatory.
