Damage Appeal

This form is for students who lived on campus during the previous academic year and are requesting that damage charges associated with their personal living area be dismissed. Damage appeals are accepted only until July 1 for the preceding academic year.

Please Note: Community Area Damage charges are not open to appeal.

Before filling out this form, please check the Student Housing Management System to see what was damaged and to view photos of damages.
