Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my major?
Changes of major are approved by faculty first, then sent to the Registrar's Office to be processed. Requests received after the second week of classes will be processed for a future semester.
How do I order a transcript?
For complete instructions on ordering an academic transcript, please visit our web page.
What is my Alternate PIN and how is it used?
The Alternate PIN is a 6-digit passcode that students use to access Registration in Bronco Web. This number is given to the student by their advisor or another member of their academic unit when they are advised which courses to take. The Registrar's Office cannot give a student their Alternate PIN.
How to Register for Classes
  • NEW Students (Freshmen and Transfer): If you are an incoming student, your schedule will be created for you by your academic department.
  • CONTINUING Students: You will register yourself for classes in Bronco Web using the Alternate PIN your advisor gave you. Here are some directions that could be helpful.
  • READMITTED/RETURNING Students: Your schedule will be created for you in conjunction with your academic department.
  • NON-MATRICULATED Students: If you are not a SUNY Delhi student but wish to take a course with us, please refer to our non-degree student information.
What is Bronco Web?
Bronco Web is a central portal where students can view financial aid, view their bill, register for classes, see their schedule, see their grades, update personal information, and more!
Can I get a copy of my grades mailed home?
Grades are only available on Bronco Web. Grade reports will not be mailed.
How do I obtain information about a student's grades?

Students' academic records are protected under federal law by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The student may log in to Bronco Web to show anyone their grades as they wish (midterm and final). Final grades are also viewable in Degree Works.

If you need a written grade report, the student must request a transcript. For instructions on ordering a transcript, please visit https://www.delhi.edu/transcript

NOTE: A signed FERPA form does not authorize a third party to process transactions (e.g., request a transcript or request enrollment verifications) on the student's behalf.
