College and Financial Aid Refunds

If you're not sure that SUNY Delhi has your current permanent mailing address, please take a moment to visit Bronco Web to view your address information today. Once logged in to Bronco Web, click on the "Personal Information" Tab, then click "View Addresses and Phones." Make any changes necessary by selecting the "Update Addresses and Phones" link. The college shall receive payment first and will refund (if applicable) student and/or PLUS loans after they have been applied to the student's account. Financial Aid refunds are generated from the last financial aid type to pay on the account. All refunds, except PLUS refunds, will be made payable to the student. Any refunds from a PLUS Loan will be made payable to the parent/borrower, unless the parent/borrower has requested otherwise on the Parent PLUS loan application.
