NYS Excelsior Scholarship
The Fall 2024 application is now closed. The Spring 2025 application is expected to open for new recipients in December 2025. Register for communications from HESC by email and text message.
SUNY Delhi Campus Based Scholarship Application
The Campus Based Scholarship Application is now open and all new and returning students are encourages to apply!
SUNY Foster Youth College Success Initiative (FYCSI)
The FYCSI program provides financial aid support to eligible recipients. All students - regardless of immigration status - are eligible to access funding and resources through FYCSI if they are determined eligible. Check out the SUNY FYCSI website for eligibility criteria and if you believe you may be eligible, submit the Consent form to Student Financial Services using our Secure Upload Link.
Student Loan Payments Resume
Because of legislation passed by Congress, the student loan payment pause is ending. Interest resumes on Sept. 1, 2023 and payments are due in October 2023. Click here for more information.
Federal Student Aid (FSA) has released a 30 minute video for Repayment 101 to help you prepare to payments that are resuming in October.

SUNY Tuition Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from college or drop individual classes may incur liability, based on the date of withdrawal.
